Real Estate Appraisal Services, Inc. provides dependable and accurate appraisals for the Hampton Roads MSA.  

As a certified and designated SRA appraiser, Rick Daniel has the education,  qualifications, and experience to provide the type of reliable home values that banks and major lending institutions require for home loans. Rick also has experience with insurance loss valuations, valuations for charitable contributions, and values for estate purposes-retrospective and present values. 

Mr. Daniel graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Economics in 1977.  He has appraised all types of residential real estate, including vacant building lots, time shares, condominiums, detached and attached single-family dwellings, and small residential apartment buildings.   

Rick earned the prestigious SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1988.  He is a member of the Tidewater Real Estate Investor Group and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Virginia. Mr. Daniel has the Certified Residential Appraisal License from the Commonwealth of Virginia.
